HOW LONG IVERIUM SOFTWARE STORES DATA

Iverium Software does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for more than a year if no agreement is reached with you.

WEBSITE VISIT TRACKING

General visit data is kept on the website of Iverium Software, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visit and click behavior on the website. Iverium Software uses this information to improve the operation of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

To protect the website against scrapers, an address that opens a hidden link only automated scrapers follow is blocked for 24 hours. For that we store an irreversible code (salted hash) of the IP address, not the address itself, and delete it when the block ends.

Om de website te beschermen tegen scrapers wordt een adres dat een verborgen link opent die alleen geautomatiseerde scrapers volgen 24 uur geblokkeerd. Daarvoor bewaren we een onomkeerbare code (gezouten hash) van het IP-adres, niet het adres zelf, en we verwijderen die als de blokkade afloopt.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

With your consent, Iverium Software uses Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are placed. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports on the Website to Iverium Software, and to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. FREE TOOLS

When you use one of our free tools (the website check, accessibility check, cookie check or Google review link generator), our server retrieves the website or Google Maps link you enter. We do not store the addresses or links you enter or the results. To prevent misuse, your IP address is kept in memory for at most an hour and is then discarded.

Als u een van onze gratis tools gebruikt (de website-check, toegankelijkheidscheck, cookiecheck of de Google-reviewlinkgenerator), haalt onze server de website of Google Maps-link op die u invult. We bewaren de ingevulde adressen en links en de resultaten niet. Om misbruik te voorkomen, houden we uw IP-adres maximaal een uur in het geheugen, daarna wordt het verwijderd.

WEBSITE-APK (MONTHLY REPORT BY EMAIL)

If you sign up for the website-APK, we store your email address, the website (and for Pro, the extra pages) you want checked, the date you signed up and confirmed, and the results of the last report. We use this only to send you the monthly report. If you do not confirm your sign-up, we delete these details within 7 days. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email; we then delete your details immediately.

Als u zich aanmeldt voor de website-APK, bewaren we uw e-mailadres, de website (en bij Pro de extra pagina's) die u wilt laten controleren, de datum van aanmelding en bevestiging, en de resultaten van het laatste rapport. We gebruiken dit alleen om u het maandelijkse rapport te sturen. Bevestigt u uw aanmelding niet, dan verwijderen we deze gegevens binnen 7 dagen. U kunt zich afmelden via de link in elke e-mail; we verwijderen uw gegevens dan direct.

VIEW, MODIFY, OR DELETE DATA
